Chris Panczner

Mr. Panczner is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Montefiore Medical Center.

Previously, Mr. Panczner was a senior member and General Counsel at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers. He was also a senior member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice, where he represented health care providers, payors and investors in health care and life science companies in transactions, compliance investigations and with respect to a wide variety of regulatory matters, including licensure, health care fraud and abuse, and health information privacy and security. These clients included hospitals and health systems, health care payors, managed care organizations, proprietary and non-profit health care providers, companies involved in e-health business and lenders and other financial institutions having interests in the health care and life sciences industries.
