Renee Martinez, RN, BSN, MBA

Fit4D Strategic Advisor

Renee brings her extensive professional experience in chronic care and disease management to Fit4D. Past career roles have included Chief Operating Officer of a managed care organization, Executive Director of home health, hospice and long term care programs and Management Consultant. These experiences have leveraged Renee‘s expertise in care management, continuous quality improvement, operations, human resources, provider relations, member service and marketing.

A registered nurse with a MBA, she ensures that Fit4D members have a seamless, comprehensive experience with the Fit4D coaching staff. Focusing on quality measures including member satisfaction and outcome reporting, Renee is the liaison between the coaches, customer care staff and members, who span the 50 states and Canada.

Renee is excited to be part of the Fit4D team because of its unique ability to improve the life and health of an ever growing diabetic population. She believes that the primary goal of any chronic care system is to improve and maintain health through education and personal empowerment. “Knowledge is power.” And nowhere is this more germane to the quality of life than in the pursuit of optimal wellness. Fit4D’s virtual and yet highly personal approach to helping people with diabetes, leverages the power of the internet in a way that could help literally thousands and thousands of people. Renee says “That potential is thrilling to both the nurse and the business person in me.”
